What is your cancellation policy?
Most orders can be canceled for a 100% refund before shipment. However, debit and credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% return fee.
For custom-made items with longer lead times, cancellations must occur before materials are built.

After shipment, your order will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.


How do I place an order?
You can place an order online by following these steps:

  3. Enter your shipping and billing details to complete the purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately, and your order will be processed during business hours.


What if my product is damaged?
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage. If the box appears damaged, note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt, even if you're unable to open the package right away.
If your item is damaged, please take photos and email them to info@kareplus818global.com so we can arrange a prompt replacement.


How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a follow-up email with tracking information.
If an item is out of stock due to high demand, we will notify you within one business day.


Can I change my order?
Orders can only be changed before shipment. If you need to modify your order, we can make adjustments at no additional cost. Any price differences will be either refunded or billed accordingly.
