The Benefits of Lift-gate and Curbside
Order and Delivery Information
Back-Ordered Products:
If you order a back-ordered item, we will charge your credit card or PayPal account to process the order. This helps speed up delivery once the item becomes available.
Lift Gate Service:
For items over 100 pounds, we offer an optional lift gate service. This service uses a truck with a hydraulic lift to lower the item to the curb. The cost typically ranges from $35 to $125, depending on the equipment.
You may need this service if the delivery is to a home address. If you don't choose lift gate service, you’ll need 2-4 strong people to unload the item from the truck, as drivers are not required to help.
When You Don’t Need Lift Gate Service:
- If you have a loading dock or forklift.
- If your delivery is going to a freight terminal.
Inspecting Your Delivery:
Please inspect your items for damage before signing for the delivery. If you find damage, note "Possible freight damage" with the courier and contact us immediately.
